Jason H. Kim is one of the top retail and real estate finance professionals in Los Angeles. His ability to service commercial real estate clients has been proven through large and small transactions. His specialty is being able to problem solve particularly complex and challenging situations and see the deal through to a successful conclusion.
Jason has excelled in being to assemble and field a team of agents to execute on behalf of FCE’s clients and to leverage this team approach to adding value from the beginning to the end of the process. His able problem solving skills and focus on “execution whatever the circumstances,” has allowed him to husband development deals that range from shopping centers to strip malls to culturally significant neighborhood centers. This focus on execution has made him a lead consultant on important, complex deals that have multiple transaction points and that also require a sophisticated understanding of real estate financing.
Steven is recognized in the community for his candor and process driven approach, rounding out a team of innovators and entrepreneurs. Steven has gained expertise in the local commercial real estate market first by coming up the ranks of a known mortgage company which he eventually helmed and then as a broker focusing his efforts in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
Steven brings to deals and to projects an extensive professional network which he leverages to maximize service and provide solutions on behalf of his clients. He is also credited with having spearheaded an innovative real-estate financing program targeted toward the Korean American community in Los Angeles. Steven is a member of ICSC and AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America).
Jeff Park is widely recognized in real estate circles as a savvy, focused, and cultured expert whose counsel carries weight. Jeff has had success throughout his career in part due to three core abilities: the ability to communicate, the ability to negotiate, and the ability to use process to succeed.
Jeff is well loved by his clients for his trustworthiness and manner and he has been able to develop lasting relationships with his client and professional real estate network that he leverages to close deals, find opportunities, and build value.
Mr. Park has developed a reputation for execution with high end residential, deluxe and signature properties such as MGM Signature, W Hotel, Trump Waikiki, and 1100 Wilshire Blvd. He is an avid architectural fan, raised in a second generation of architects and this has given him a discerning eye for properties with good bones and good value.
Paul is an attorney with expertise in contracts and negotiations, landlord and tenant law, successor liability, business entities, wealth preservation, and wills and trusts.
Prior to his membership to the California State Bar, he was a certified portfolio manager with Morgan Stanley primarily focusing on financial derivatives, interest rates, global capital markets, and preservation of wealth.
Mr. Kim has over 30 years of real estate experience as he helped manage his family’s real estate investments. He has personally experienced the multiple cycles of the real estate market in Los Angeles since 1985.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, and a Tax LLM from Loyola Law School. While at USC, he founded the pre-law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
In his free time, he is an avid golfer and supports USC athletics.
Anthony Kim's real estate practice focuses primarily on assisting businesses and people in securing commercial space and operating facilities that advance their business objectives. Anthony specializes in negotiating leases or purchases favorable for Tenants and Buyers. Not only is it Anthony's obligation to help you save time and money, he can help you make an educated decision about your real estate facilities and execute an effective solution.
Prior to joining FCE, Mr. Kim served as the Vice President at Tenant Advisors, a leading tenant representative firm headquartered in Irvine, California. Before launching his career in commercial real estate, he worked in the retail banking and hospitality industries. He received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Restaurant Management from the Collins' School of Hospitality at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Steve has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales and development. As a licensed general building contractor, he focuses on the fundamentals as well as innovative details of background and tenant improvements.
He has helped many investors, entrepreneurs and developers increase property values and property desirability through smart, efficient improvements in several key industries.
Mr. Oh has a strong network of influences that can provide the best resources and level of commitment to the client.
Julio (Jae) is a seasoned and cultivated real estate professional and dynamic property specialist. His keen perception and discipline of real estate principles has allowed him to be successful and powerful in negotiating and procuring lease agreements and acquisitions for both private investors and corporate clients.
His market knowledge and hands-on experience has also given him the ability to consistently understand, create and implement innovative approaches to market challenges and figuring complex solutions.
Jae currently holds an inactive general contractors license with previous work focusing on capital expenditures, renovations, tenant improvements, maintenance and developments.
Prior to joining FCE, Jae established a career in Asset and Property Management focusing on rent control, distressed, retail, luxury, residential, commercial and investment properties.
Mr. Soto-Kim is very active in local communities and church organizations. He enjoys spending his time networking, practicing jiu jitsu, traveling, tactical training and cooking.
